Dr. Neo Cortex was wandering around the end of the universe when suddenly a portal opened. He was sucked inside and ended up in some sort of laboratory. He then came face to face with a mandrill. "Who are you," Cortex asked. "I should be asking you that," the mandrill replied. "I am Dr. Neo Cortex the greatest evil scientist in the world!" "Is that so? Well if you're as great as you say you are than perhaps you can help me take care of some annoying pests." "Well you did just save me so I guess I owe you a dept. Alright who are these annoying pests anyway?" "They're called The Cooper Gang." Meanwhile Aku Aku sensed a disturbance. "Crash! Coco!" "What's up Aku," Coco asked. "We need to get to the warp portals!" Crash, Coco, and Aku Aku ran to the warp portals and warped to Sly Cooper's world. Sly had just finished a heist and was being chased by Inspector Carmelita Fox. "This time I'll get you Cooper!" "Oh Carmelita you say that every time," Sly smirked as he dodged a shot from her shock pistol. Just as Sly was about to escape, more portals opened. The streets were now flooded with mutants. Sly began taking mutants down with his cane while Carmelita shot at others. Murray jumped out of the van and began punching mutants right and left. Bentley started throwing bombs while Penelope took out mutants with her RC car. Crash and Coco made their way to the battle and helped The Cooper Gang finish off the remaining mutants. "What were those things," Sly asked. "Mutant soldiers created by Dr. Cortex," Coco answered. "Who's Dr. Cortex," Murray asked. "He's the arch enemy of Crash and Coco here," Aku Aku answered. "You don't need to worry though. We have a thing where we fight and he loses. It's a well established dynamic." "He needs to be brought to justice," Carmelita said. She then turned her attention towards Sly. "You up for another team up," she asked. "I'm always up for a team up with you." Crash then gave Sly a hug. "Alright let me go."
